BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) – Two men allegedly robbed a man of his iPhone and cash late Thursday.

Nelson Busanet, 18, and Demetriuse Geyer, 18, are each charged with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery. Geyer also faces gun and narcotics charges, police said.

Police said they talked to one of the alleged victims on Iranistan Avenue, who said he was robbed in Went Field Park by two men, one armed with a gun. Officers later spotted Busanet, who had the alleged victim’s iPhone, police said. A second alleged victim corroborated the report.

Busanet’s bond was set at $50,000 and Geyer’s at $100,000 for appearances in Bridgeport Superior Court.
