Food Truck Friday: Dads Food Truck

(WTNH)– Louis Granato and Ginny Stadt from Dads Food Truck show us how to make different burgers.

This Food Truck With a Touch of Crazy only uses fresh products and Angus Beef hand made.

They built the truck last year and made it a kitchen on wheels so they can change the menu to meet the event.  They have been growing with the concept along with the catering experience. It has helped to adapt to large crowds on how to handle and stock the truck.
