Threat leads to school evacuation in Bristol


BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) – The school year has just started, and already some Bristol Public School students have had to evacuate their school because of a bomb threat.

Bristol Police say they are investigating a bomb threat at Green-Hills School, located on 718 Pine St. Police say it was something found written inside the school.

Students have been evacuated as a precaution as authorities check the school.

Last school year there were a series of threats made against various schools in the Bristol school system. Arrests were made in connection with some of those incidents. One of the threats from last school year also targeted Green Hills School.
