(WTNH)– Sadhana Pasricha from Social Capital Success talks about the three mistakes to avoid if you want your kid to go to a good college and win in the game of life.

She says the 3 – A’s to AVOID  if you want your kid to go to a good college are:

1. Academics only
2. Attention only on Self
3. Afraid to experiment

3. Family – TV watching

After retiring as a professor – Pasricha desired to use to use her knowledge to help and serve. So she started an organization call Social Capital Success.  As a parent, sociologist, and college professor – she had done a lot of research and had personal experience with success and leadership and learned that people, families and organizations that have richer relationships and networks are more successful. So now Pasricha translates her research into practical strategies to help parents and organizational leaders to teach organizations and families how to create high performance cultures in their homes and at work.
