News 8 spoke to several neighbors who tell us that a man walking his dog along the beach found the body. The neighbors also said the woman did not have any clothes on.

Police were seen going in and out of a cottage right on the beach not far from where the body was found. Right now it’s unclear if there is a connection to the body and that cottage. There are many homes in the area, and the majority of them have been closed up for the season.
