Temperatures Drop Into a Trench, Coastal Storm by Mid Week?

Well that time of year is here again with the cold making a return. But this return will feature a pretty big drop in temperatures from what we have seen lately. We will see a 15 to 20 degree difference between what we saw on your Friday and Saturday to what we are going to see on Sunday. As a cold front is making its way through the area we will see a increase in the winds. Therefore wind gusts on Sunday may reach 30mph. Now to make things worst, do not think it will be a warm wind blowing. Highs on Sunday may not make it out of the upper 40s in the hills and gusty winds will only make it feel colder. The graphic above shows a FREEZE WATCH for Sunday night and Monday morning, the watch may be turned into a FREEZE WARNING at any time on Sunday. Lows will make it down into the upper 20s in the northern areas with 30s even along the shoreline. In fact, upstate New York may see some snow shower activity. This cool pattern looks to be hanging around for most of the upcoming week with highs not getting any higher than 59 or 60 degrees. So enjoy your November like Sunday and keep an eye out for a rainy mid week as well as a possible coastal system that models are showing…
