I usually try to have some great commentary to go along with every article I write for wxedge.com. I’m going to let the pictures do the talking this time around! Most of these are from Chester on Sunday, with the last two being from Wolcott. What I noticed from Chester is that the drought stress didn’t seem to be as severe to the trees as it was in Northern Connecticut, indicated by the brighter and more pronounced colors near the shore.
