Techniques for Breast Conservation Surgery

(WTNH)– Plastic Surgeon Dr. Shareef Jandali, from Jandali Plastic Surgery, and Breast Surgeon Dr. Andrew Kenler, along with patient Jacqueline Conlon talk breast conservation surgery for breast cancer using oncoplastic techniques.

This allows reconstruction and lifting and reducing both breasts in order to obtain better cosmetic outcomes. They discuss treatment options for breast cancer and explain oncoplastic surgery.

Dr. Andrew Kenler is a Harvard-trained breast surgeon practicing in Trumbull, CT. Dr. Shareef Jandali is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, fellowship trained at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in breast reconstruction, and also practices in Trumbull, CT. Both surgeons operate at Bridgeport Hospital, part of Yale New Haven Health System. Jacqueline Conlon is a patient of theirs, who underwent a lumpectomy and oncoplastic reconstruction.
