WELLINGTON, New Zealand (WTNH) — AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd is facing charges, accused of trying to hire someone to kill two men.
Rudd, 60, appeared in a New Zealand court on Thursday. Details of the charges against him aren’t being released publicly yet, and the names of all the other people involved are being suppressed by a judge.
Rudd was arrested on Thursday morning after police raided his house. He was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. Rudd is now out on bail and facing up to a decade in prison if convicted on the charges.
