Stage 8 Presents: Valiante Hart and the Uncommon Night

(WTNH)– Singer/songwriter Irena Hart and Glenn Behrle, Louise Whelan and Marisa Sheppard on mandolin and vocals of the Valiante Hart and the Uncommon Night Crawlers perform.

They are performing at FTC Stage one for a holiday show and all the proceeds will go to Harmony4kidz – a 501c3 Charitable organization that helps children in Bridgeport to have music in their lives, whether through work shops or lessons or instruments.

Harmony4kidz was founded in 2006 when Hart ran into some homeless kids and then she wrote a song Save the World. H4K has been a 501c3 since January 2009. Now Glenn and Louise and her have been playing together and Marissa just joined and they have a lot of fun playing and giving back to the children is just icing on the cake because children are our future and music is a powerful way to help underprivileged children do better in school and improve their self esteem. That can change the direction of their lives  into a positive territory  and that is a great thing to be a part of.
