Mall walk! Mall walking at a brisk pace of
3.5 can burn as many calories as a light jog! Wear sneakers shopping , park far away and walk around the mall before it opens for 1/2-45 minutes and you’ll burn calories and beat crowds . Check first to make sure your local mall opens early .
