Royal family releases adorable new photos of Prince George

(WTNH)– Prince William and Princess Kate have released a new photo of Prince George for the holidays.

The royal couple’s 16-month-old son posed for a series of photos in late November in the courtyard of Kensington Palace, the family’s home. The adorable photos were taken by a member of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s staff.

The toddler shows off his cute chubby cheeks in the Christmas photos, wearing a jumpsuit, a sweater vest and buckle shoes.

According to People magazine, the joyful photos were shared as a thank you that “their request for Prince George to grow up without intrusion from photography has been, and continues to be, honored.”

The little prince and his parents are set to celebrate Christmas at Anmer Hall in Norfork where they currently live. They will also visit Queen Elizabeth and other royal family on Christmas day at the Sandringham house.

Prince George, who is third to the British throne, will become a big brother in April.
