New Britain man arrested after shooting

BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH)- A New Britain man is facing gun charges after he was arrested for a drunken shooting.

Bristol police say they responded to a call on the West End on a report of shots fired. When they got there, they conducted an investigation and arrested Shamound Daley of New Britain. Daley was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying a firearm under the influence of alcohol/drugs, stealing a firearm, interfering with an officer, and fourth-degree larceny.

Daley is being held on $75,000
