Man Arrested in New Haven for Drugs and Gun

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)- New Haven police arrested a man on drug and illegal weapons charges. 35-year-old Glenn Ellis was arrested on Saturday at a home on Foxon Hill Road.

Police found fifteen bags of heroin in one of Ellis’ jackets, a scale used to weigh drugs, and a stolen .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun.

Ellis is a convicted felon, and was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of narcotics.
