Manchester Narcotics Taskforce arrest Maine woman in CT

The East Central Narcotics Taskforce have arrested a woman from Maine who was at her mother’s residence in South Windsor on December 29.

Through a lengthy investigation into suboxone sales in and around the South Windsor, Manchester area police arrested 26 year-old, Sarah Elizabeth Ingalls. During the investigation Taskforce officers found marijuana and THC pills on her possession. Officers seized approximately 62 THC gel caps, 6.5 ounces of marijuana, and $790 dollars in cash.

Ingalls charges at the time of her arrest were Possession of more than 4 ounces of Marijuana, and Possession with Intent to Sell. Ingalls was released on a $2,500.00 non-Surety Bond for these charges.
