Arctic Cold Safety

Temperatures are forecast to drop down to the single digits Wednesday night for the shoreline and below zero inland! Folks, that’s without the windchill! Wind chill values can get as low as -35 F for parts of northern CT.  This is some serious severe cold! Below is the wind chill watch issued by the national weather service.
