Connecticut man dies in Massachusetts crash

SOUTHWICK, Mass. (AP) — Police say an elderly Connecticut man has died in a single-vehicle crash in Southwick.

Police say 91-year-old William Burgess of Granby, Connecticut, was driving south on Route 10/202 at about 1 p.m. Monday when his car left the road, struck a large rock and flipped over.

Burgess was pronounced dead at the scene.

Southwick and Granby are next to each other.

The crash remains under investigation.
