Stratford police warn neighbors about string of burglaries

STRATFORD, Conn. (WTNH)– Police in Stratford are warning neighbors about a string of burglaries. 

According to police, crooks have been cutting wires outside of homes before breaking in. So far there are no suspects. 

Officials aren’t saying how many homes have been hit, but the last round of break-ins have been in the area of Huntington Road and Broadbridge Avenue.

Police are asking neighbors to keep their eyes open, and report anything suspicious. They want people to keep track of the gender, approximate age, clothing description, and any vehicles involved when reporting something suspicious.
