Rocky Hill, Conn. (WTNH) – A Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $1 million dollars was sold somewhere in New Haven County. The winning ticket from Friday’s drawing matched the first five numbers drawn, 37-49-50-56-57, but not the Mega ball number 8 or the Megaplier number 5.

Besides the $1 million dollar winning ticket there were 31,123 other winning tickets sold in Connecticut from Friday’s drawing with winning prizes between $1 dollar up to that million dollar ticket. The odds of having a winning ticket are 1 in 14.7.
