Its that time of year when we just dont want to get out of bed BUT everyone wants tight tones sexy (Michelle Obama arms) arms and a tight tush!
All you need is 3 minutes and a pair of dumbbells and you dont even have to get out of bed to do these highly effective exercises and WARNING- these moves get results faster than you can say DIET!
No excuses, no gym needed but results in 1 week!
Why do our triceps jiggle so much? We hardly use this muscle as women and that’s why its critical to lift weights to strengthen it and keep it tight and toned!
You should do these moves 2-3 times a week. Three times puts our result in the fast lane and be sure to lift heavy enough to make a difference!
1 FLABBUSTER 1. The Tricep tightener-Done lying on your back in bed!
2. FLABBUSTER 2. The Chest lifter-Bra fluff destroyer-Lying on your back w/DB in hands
3. FlABBUSTER 3. The posture correcter! Lying face down in bed with your arms out to the side, simply squeeze your shoulder blades together and lower back down-thats one rep! Aim to do 12-15
4. FLABBUSTER 4. The Butt Lifter- Lying on your back w/Dumbbells on your stomach for added weight simply lift your pelvis up -driving the move with your heels. *this move not only tightens your butt it also makes your abs flatter!
