(WTNH)– The Singing Chef, Neil Fuentes, shows us how to make Swiss Miss Triple Chocolate dream pudding and sofrito Braised turkey Sandwich.

Chocolate and sofrito braised turkey:
4 slices of turkey breast (cut in small pieces)
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of pepper
1 tbsp of salt
1/2 cup of your favorite mustard
1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 large tomato
4 garlic cloves
1/2 bell pepper
1 cup of water
1 cup of red wine
1 cup of brown sugar or regular sugar
1/2 cup of canola oil.
1/2 cup of chocolate pudding
In a small bowl, mix the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and turkey. Set aside. In a large frying pan, place the oil, sugar and chocolate pudding, let it melt at medium high flame. While this is happening, place tomato, onion, bell pepper, garlic, water, and red wine in a blender. Blend well. Strain liquid into a ball, discard solids, set aside.
Pan fry the marinated turkey in the sugar, pudding mixture until dark brown. about 4 minutes per side. Take the turkey off the frying pan and place into a baking pan, Add the sauce you made before, cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve with fries, risotto, polenta or anything you like.
