(WTNH)– Kathy Chlan of Unfiltered Mom gives us tips for expectant moms.
1. Eat whatever you like. This is the only time no one will ever call you fat or tell you to loose weight.
2 Start now peeing with the door open. You will be soo used to this by the time the baby comes.
3. Learn to take cat naps now so you will not feel sleep deprived. Start doing it every day. Just imagine yourself somewhere quiet. Quiet will never happen again for you.
4. Know that nothing is perfect. Do not stress over that. Enjoy the mistakes.
5. Most important. Learn now how to put on a diaper. Knowledge is power.
