(WTNH)– Director and Coordinator of the Coalition for a Safe and Healthy CT, Anne Hulick, from Clean Water Action, talks Bisphenol-A (BPA)–sources of exposure and potential health concerns.
She explains what BPA is and the products that contain it, as well as the health risks and steps to avoid it.
Clean Water Action is the lead organization of the Coalition for a Safe and Healthy CT. The Coalition is a large, diverse advocacy group in CT comprised of health professionals, labor groups, faith based groups, environmental advocates, scientists and thousands of concerned citizens all united in our concern about the growing body of research linking exposure to toxic chemicals from products frequently found in our homes to the rise in many serious diseases–particularly those affecting a developing baby and young children.
They work to raise awareness and pass common-sense health protective policies here in CT and at the federal level.
