Tips for Getting to Sleep

(WTNH)– Master herbalist, Sarah-Chana Silverstein, joined GMCT Monday morning to share some tips for getting to sleep for those suffering sleep deprivation.

She explains how herbs can help when you can’t sleep and how you take them.

Silverstein also shows us techniques for tightening and relaxing muscles and tells us what a SoftSpeaker Speaker is and how it can help.

She suggests to listen to lectures and books on tape instead of tossing and turning. Also use, essential oils, they are not just for new moms.
