Beauty Tip: Check Your Pulse

GUILFORD, Conn. (WTNH)– For a quick heart checkup, check your pulse. A healthy heart beats 60 times per minute at rest. Most people have a resting rate between 60 and 100 beats per minute, but the closer you are to the lower end of that spectrum, the healthier you are. A slower pulse means your heart doesn’t have to work as hard.
