In the Kitchen: Microgreens

(WTNH)– Owner of Gilbertie’s Herbs, Sal Gilbertie, talks about Microgreens, The New SuperFood, and show us how to make them in a salad.

Gilbertie tells us about the nutritional value, flavor and taste, and the benefits of using microgreens as opposed to mature plants. He also show us how to prepare a Sylvan Salad Bowl.
