New Milford bank robber on the run

New Milford police say this man robbed a Bank of America on Main Street Feb. 25, 2015.

NEW MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — New Milford police are looking for a man who robbed a bank Wednesday.

Police say the suspect went in to the Bank of American at 55 Main Street and indicated he had a gun, though he didn’t display one, then fled with an undetermined amount of money. No one was injured.

According to police, the suspect is a 30- to 40-year-old white man with a grey goatee, standing between 6’0″ and 6’3″ tall. They say he was wearing a grey-on-grey camouflage pattern coat, grey sweatpants with cargo pockets, and black sneakers with white shoelaces.

Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to call New Milford police at (860) 355-3133.
