2 men chased, arrested after stealing car from CarMax

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Hartford police have arrested two men who stole a car out of a CarMax parking lot in the North Meadows Tuesday.

Officials were made aware of the stolen vehicle, described as a gold 2009 Dodge Charger. The suspects drove the car straight through the back gate of the CarMax parking lot.

Police arrested Samuel Marshall, 52, of Hartford and Antonio Milner-Starks, 53, of Hartford.

Officers were canvassing the north end based on information they gathered when they spotted the stolen Charger. Marshall and Milner-Starks bailed from the car and took off on foot.

Police ran after them and took them into custody shortly after. Both Marshall and Milner-Starks have been in trouble with the law many times before.
