Man falls 3 floors while fleeing police

WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)  –  A man trying to avoid being captured fell 3 stories when he tried to jump from a balcony as he was fleeing bail enforcement agents in West Haven.

West Haven Police say 29 year old Antonio Myrick was running from bail enforcement agents Monday when he tried to jump from a third floor balcony at 21 Ridge Court East at approximately 11 a.m.   He fell to the ground and suffered serious injuries.

Police say Myrick was wanted for failing to appear in court on several charges.

Monday’s incident remains under investigation.
