HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH)– Quinnipiac University is going to be hosting a summer camp for children and teenagers who have lost limbs.
It’s called ‘Camp No Limits’ and it will teach children and their parents how to be more independent.
The goal of the camp is to educate, mentor and support children whose lives have been changed from the loss of a limb.
The summer camp will run from July 8th – July 12th. Camp No Limits is a nonprofit, which aims to cover the $500 per camper cost of the program.
