Hartford Police identify suspect in fatal hit-and-run

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH)- The Hartford police department has identified a suspect wanted in connection with the motor vehicle death of  38 year old Frank Morales of Hartford.

According to police Luis Junior Acosta hit Morales on March 8, 2015, 9:17 p.m., at 236 Albany Ave., near the intersection of Albany Ave and Williams St.. Police say Acosta has personal connections in Hartford, Stafford Springs, Danielson, as well as Orlando, Florida. Recently, Acosta has not shown up for other unrelated court dates and is believed to be on the run from police.
