GUILFORD, Conn. (WTNH)– We all know exercising every day is one of the keys to good health, but here’s an easy way to add in a few extra steps: Wear a pedometer! Those who do so usually walk an extra mile every day. Aim to take 10,000 steps each day or to walk briskly for 30 minutes.
