Arrest in Torrington gas station robbery

Torrington, Conn. (WTNH)- Torrington police have a man in custody in connection with a robbery at Johnson’s Gas Station on South Main Street on Sunday morning. 25 year old Corey Marra faces a charge of first degree robbery in the case.

Police say a man went into the station shortly after eleven o’clock in the morning on Sunday, flashed a knife to a clerk and then took money out of the cash register.

The suspect then left the scene on foot. Police arrested arrested Marra for the roberry.
