WALLINGFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – Wallingford police are asking for help to track down a thief who they say ripped off four Asian businesses on St. Patrick’s day.  On March 17th, Wallingford police say they were called to four separate burglaries that all happened between 4 a.m. and 5:45 a.m.  Police say the suspect broke into two Asian nail salons and two Asian restaurants by either breaking through a glass front door, or by breaking a small window.   Once inside police say the suspect went straight for the cash register.  The suspect appears to be a slim white or Hispanic male wearing latex gloves, a hooded sweat shirt and a white V-neck t-shirt.

The four Wallingford businesses that were hit are:

-New Beauty Nail and Spa, 970 North Colony Road

-Vogue Nail Salon, 20 Ives Road

-Pho Ethan Restaurant, 1145 North Colony Road

-China King Restaurant, 159 North Colony Road

If you recognize the person in the surveillance photo, or have a tip contact Detective Sean Houlihan at shoulihan@wallingfordpd.org or (203) 294-2844.
