WESTPORT, Conn. (WTNH)- On Wednesday April 8th, 2015 Officers from the Westport Police Department served an arrest warrant on 22-year-old Raisa Santos of Bridgeport. The arrest warrant on Santos stems from a lengthy investigation into a burglary back in July 2014.
On July 7th, 2014 Officers responded to a report of a burglary and larceny at a Riverfield Drive residence in Westport. A large amount of jewelry was stolen. The follow up investigation found that the suspect, Raisa Santos sold the jewelry at a pawn shop.
Santos was charged with Larceny 1st degree and Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 1st degree. Santos was unable to post $10,000 bond and has a court date of April 17th, 2015 at Norwalk Court.
