Beauty Tip: Jog for Your Life

GUILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Want to live longer and stay healthier? Beth Collins, M.D., a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Guilford recommends taking up jogging. A Stanford University study shows those who hit the pavement regularly have a 40 percent lower risk of dying at an early age than those who don’t. They’re also less likely to develop heart disease, cancer and other health problems.
