POMFRET, Conn. (WTNH)– If you’ve ever been interested in being in the movies, now’s your chance!
A feature film is shooting a big scene right here in Connecticut and they’re calling on everyone to volunteer as extras.
The movie is called “Tell-Tale Lies” and it is a modern remake of Edgar Allen Poe’s classic “The Tell-Tale Heart” by Synthetic Cinema.
The extras are needed for the big “Masquerade Ball” scene. They must be 18 or older and willing to work overnight both days. Filming will be this Friday and Saturday in Pomfret.
Extras are encouraged to come made up as they would for a party. As for wardrobe, the crew has given suggestions on looks for the masquerade ball scene. There is limited changing space available so extras should come ready.
Extras will not get paid but they will receive raffle tickets for prizes.
