MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) – A Manchester man is facing charges after police say he fired a shot inside an apartment to scare a woman.  Police got a call late Tuesday night about a domestic dispute at 91 Foster Street.  When police got there the couple inside said they were having an argument and didn’t give police any more information.  A short time later police got information that the man in the apartment had fired a shot inside the apartment to intimidate the woman inside.  Police looked for the man through Wednesday morning and finally found Yoanni Suarez, 38, in Hartford.  Suarez is facing a list of charges including Threatening in the First Degree, Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm, and Reckless Endangerment.  Suarez is being held on $300,000 bond and is due in court Thursday.
