MERIDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Meriden Police Departments have cited seven establishments with selling alcohol to teens.
On Saturday, May 30th, the Meriden Police Departments Youth Division and the Department of Consumer Protection conducted an undercover liquor compliance operation in the city.
Two teens trained in undercover liquor compliance operations went to thirty-two establishments that sell alcohol. Seven of the locations sold alcohol to the teens.
These seven establishments were cited by Alcohol Enforcement Agents from the Department of Consumer Protection.
Rushford and the Meriden Healthy Youth Coalition funded this operation.
