Tonight: A round of thunderstorms look to impact the area later this evening into the overnight. As of now, no severe weather is expected as these storms are expected to weaken as they approach. Western Connecticut will see the primary impacts while Eastern Connecticut will see any lasting showers and thunderstorms. Lows will be in the mid-60s along with breezy and humid conditions.
Tuesday: As we head into the day on Tuesday, clouds will stick around through the morning with breaks of sunshine. Scattered thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon and evening. It will be another hazy and humid day. Although any widespread severe weather is not in the forecast, an isolated severe thunderstorm can not be ruled out.

All of Connecticut is placed under a marginal threat for severe weather. There is a possibility that a severe thunderstorm or two impact the area, but it does not look like a widespread event at this time.
