Beauty Tip: Chick Peas, Please!

GUILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — If you’re looking to shed a few pounds, try adding some chick peas to your diet. Studies shows those who regularly eat beans weigh on average six pounds less than those who don’t, even if they consume more calories daily. Why? According to Beth Collins, M.D., a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, researchers think it may have to do with the extra fiber.
