Glastonbury woman dies after crashing into her garage

GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A Glastonbury woman has died after crashing her vehicle into the garage of her own home on Saturday, according to police.

Officials say a 60-year-old woman was driving alone when she crashed into the garage area of her home on Marilyn Drive. It happened just before 4 pm.

When officials arrived at the home, they pronounced the woman dead on scene.

Police do not know how the crash happened, but are continuing to investigate the accident.
