Remembering the Carpenters

(WTNH)—  “We’ve Only Just Begun: Carpenters Remembered” is a concert show celebrating the music of one of the most successful recording acts of all time. They just so happen to be from East Haven!! Karen and Richard Carpenter grew up in East Haven on Hall Street. They both attended Nathan Hale School. Richard studied at Yale at 16 years old!

The show is led by Michelle Berting Brett and accompanied by a live, 7-piece Nashville band directed by Harry Sharpe, the show re-creates the Carpenters’ original sound.

They play all of your favorite arrangements!
