Alaska Warmer than Connecticut

Anchorage, Alaska reached 83°F Tuesday June 16th which is 20 degrees above the normal high of 63°F. This also broke the record of 79°F, which was set back in 2013. Would you believe that Hartford, Connecticut only hit 79°F yesterday, which is a degree below average, but the more surprising fact is that Anchorage was 4 degrees warming than Hartford!! Also, it wasn’t even close to the record that was set back in 1967 of 96°F. Bridgeport, Connecticut reached 74°F yesterday.
