MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — A Massachusetts-based company has purchased the Plaza at Burr Corners in Manchester, Connecticut.

Winstanley Enterprises purchased the property from Gateway Lauren LLC for $22 million. And, according to The Hartford Courant, the company already has big plans for the space.

The Courant reports, Winstanley Enterprises is partnering with Surrey Equities of New York City to revitalize the plaza. Plans for construction include a grocery store and also a store that will specialize in equestrian gear. Dover Saddlery is set to open by the fall.
