Military Jet Crash Under Investigation

DOUGLAS, Ariz. (WTNH) – A military jet crash is currently under investigation.  The F-16 went down about five miles from an airport in Douglas, AZ Wednesday night.  We’re still waiting to find out if the pilot was able to eject.  The crash sparked a fire that grew to be about a half-mile long.  Families in the area had to be evacuated.

The jet was attached to the 162nd wing of the Arizona Air National Guard.
