Man Ends Cross-Country Bike Ride for Parkinson’s in Connecticut

PORTLAND, Conn. – A man who set off on a cross-country bike ride to raise awareness for Parkinson’s Disease will be ending his ride Tuesday evening in Portland, Connecticut.

Henry Prescott started his ride in Seattle. He covered more than 3,000 miles and raised about $30,000 for Parkinson’s research.  Prescott is a personal trainer who has created special exercise programs for clients suffering from Parkinson’s.

He will finish his ride in Portland on Tuesday around 7 p.m.
