Plainville man charged with public indecency

PLAINVILLE, Conn., (WTNH) — A Plainville man is facing charges for standing naked in the window of his home and touching himself.

David J. Marsh, 54, lives directly across the street from the high school. Police say on June 25, Marsh stood in his window and touched himself as students were leaving school for the day. The Hartford Courant reports, teachers recorded Marsh and reported the incident to the school which in turn called police.

Marsh is being charged with public indecency and disorderly conduct. He’s due in court July 6.
