Hartford man in critical condition after early morning shooting

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A Hartford man is in critical but stable condition after being shot around 3 a.m. Saturday.

Police say they found the 22-year-old shot in the hip and bicep after responding when shot spotter was activated near 2195 Main Street. He was taken to St. Francis Hospital. His identity has not been released.

According to authorities, a car with several bullet holes in it was also found at the scene. Officials say that the incident may have started after a dispute at the Ranch House.

Detectives from Major Crimes are continuing the investigation.
