Middletown Police make narcotics bust

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WTNH) – Middletown Police have arrested one person and seized a large amount of prescription narcotic pills.

67 year old Pietro Rosa is charged with sale of narcotics (4 counts), possession of narcotics (5 counts), and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

According to police the arrest follows four times in which Rosa sold prescription narcotics to undercover officers. Police obtained search and seizure warrants for Rosa, a 2010 Toyota Corolla and a residence at 135 Training Hill Road. Along with the arrest of Rosa, police found prescription narcotic pills, empty prescription bottles, and prescription bottles with the labels torn off.
